This wonderful dragonfly pendant was created by pieces of Kingman turquoise that I cut to form the body and wings. I used Kingman high blue for the front wings that are a bit wider and larger. The back wings are thinner with the blue green turquoise and brown matrix. The body was made from small cabochons in the lighter smokey turquoise. The dragonfly is set in sterling silver with lasso edge and small beads in the body and head along with the silver antenna. This pendant has a hook on the back and just pops when worn on a bead necklace. The large pendant is just over 4 inches tall and 3.7 inches wide and contains 85 carats of turquoise.
