cut from 2 different Texas souvenir plates the longhorns dangle from the bail and the Texas dangles from the longhorn and then star dangles at the bottom. All of these pieces move on little hinges and really makes this a fun piece for anyone that loves Texas. Each piece has a rope edge and the bail has rope scrolling and beads.
