This Bethlehem button pendant is a star carved out of mother of pearl. This buttons have been carved for a long time but most seen now were done in the 30's and 40's. The carved detail in the mother of pearl is incredible. We have set this rare button in sterling with a simple rope edge and bead enhancements. This treasure stands 2 inches tall and just over 1.5 inches wide.
